All sales are cash, cashiers check or approved company check unless credit is pre-approved.  All credit accounts are fully due 30 days following sale.  Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge, which is an annual rate of 18%.  If collection action becomes necessary, all collection costs, including attorney's fees will be added to said delinquent accounts.  Purchaser consents to venue in Suwannee County  or any other county jurisdiction in the State of Florida selected by Fort Drum Growers.  On thirty day accounts at the discretion of Fort Drum Growers we will file notice to owner.  Purchaser agrees to supply Fort Drum Grower with "Notice of Commencement" we will request information as to the land or project owner, landscape contractor, job names, job address and lender on the job sites where credit has been extended.  This policy does not reflect on anyone's credibility, but is merely a good business practice for the benefit of both the landscape contractor and Fort Drum Growers.
